3D scanning
As part of the basic package, we perform:
- Full 3D scanning of an element, product, or object, including object preparation and subsequent cleaning.
- Scanning of objects minimum 50x50x50mm, Surface scanning, and Scanning of large-sized objects
- Preparation of raw STL files
- Scanning accuracy up to 0.05mm or 0.2mm/m
- Scan conversion to STEP without surface optimization
Additionally:
- Scan conversion to STEP files with full surface optimization to a freely editable format
- Scanning at the customer's location

X-ray, CT
The basic package includes:
- Scanning the interior of an object without destroying it
- Full or cross-sectional scanning
- Individual and serial scanning
- Detection of microcracks, voids, pores, and material defects
- Analysis of objects made of plastics, metals, ceramics, and composites
- Preparation of a report with visualization of defects and discontinuities
Additionally:
- Geometry comparison with a reference or CAD model, geometric analysis
- Possibility of integration with GD&T quality control
- NOK/OK sorting for serial orders
- Technical consultation and interpretation of results by an engineer

Quality control
As part of the basic package, we perform:
- Scanning of measured surfaces of an object or the entire object
- Measurements using metrological instrumentation
- Comparison according to the provided 2D and 3D CAD documentation
- Checking for compliance with GD&T and ASME
- Measurement report
- Individual and batch inspection
