We have extensive experience with additive technologies, designing our own models and designs for 3D printing. We also perform conversions from injection molding to 3D printing and vice versa. We test, verify, and operate.
Printing technology:
- FDM 400x400x500 mm,
- SLA 120x60x150 mm,
- SLS 90x130x130 mm
Single, medium series printing:
We currently have several dozen 3D printers using FDM technology, including those with heated chambers for printing from technical materials.
Universal printing for every application
Technology FDM
We have FDM printers from companies such as Creality, Anycubic, and Bambulab. All 3D prints are made using a layer thickness of 0.05 to 0.2, depending on the intended use and client specifications. As part of our services, we perform:
- 3D CAD model optimization for 3D printing and/or customer specifications regarding accuracy and component durability.
- Selecting appropriate parameters to meet customer requirements, from aesthetic to functional.
- For larger batches, we offer test printing, quality control, and sorting.
- Dropshipping. You provide us with labels, and we print and ship for you.
- Prints with maximum dimensions of 400x400x500mm.
- Prints from technical materials requiring a chamber with maximum dimensions of 280x280x300mm.
- Prints from materials such as PET, PET+CF, PLA, PLA+CF, ABS, ASA, and many others.
IMPORTANT!: We do not rovide such services like surface finishing of 3D prints (painting, smoothing, etc.)
Perfect for modeling, figurines, jewelry, and foundry applications
Technology SLA
We have SLA printers from companies such as Prusa, AnyCubic, and Phrozen. We print modeling components, small and medium-sized runs, jewelry, and much more. Our services include:
- Optimization of the 3D CAD model for 3D printing and/or meeting the client's specifications regarding accuracy and component strength.
- Printing with resins for both modeling and casting.
- Prints with maximum dimensions of 120x68x150mm.
- Optimalized 3D print cleaning.
- Optimalized 3D print UV exposure.
Demanding details for industrial applications
Technology SLS
We have SLS printers that allow for SLS printing from PA12 and TPU. As part of our service, we offer:
- Optimization of the 3D CAD model for 3D printing and/or customer specifications regarding accuracy and component strength.
- Prints with maximum dimensions of PA12 - 90x130x130 mm and TPU - 110x150x150 mm
- Print cleaning with compressed air and sandblasting
